Join me Saturday, December 30th at Austin Soul Yoga from 9 to 11 Am for an intermediate class and from 11:30 Am to 1:00 Pm for a beginner class.
Join me Monday January 1st 2018 at Clear Spring Studio from noon to 1:30pm for the first Class of 2018.
Please note on Monday January 1st the 9 to 10am at the South Austin Senior Activity Center and the 6 to 7:30pm at Clear Spring Studio are cancelled.
