Free Yoga class on “Labor Day” Monday September 3rd from Noon to 1.30pm (mixed level) at Clear Spring Studio.

Please note the classes at Austin Soul Yoga  on Saturday August 25th are cancelled.
Mandy Eubanks and I will be starting our Anusara Yoga Teacher Training at Castle Hill Fitness on  August 25th & 26th. This 100hour course is spread over 6 week-end. The dates are as follow: Aug 25-26th, Sep 22-23rd, Sept 29-30th, October 20-21st, Oct 27-28th , Nov 10-11th.
