Join me on  Monday Labor Day September 2nd at Austin Soul Yoga for the regular noon to 1:30pm yoga class.

Please note the 9 am class at the South Austin Senior Activity center and the 6 Pm class  at Austin soul yoga are cancelled.
Happy Labor Day weekend.

Registration is now open for the 2019 Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. The training will start on Sept 21st-22nd.

 Join  me Saturday August 24th  at Austin Soul Yoga from 9 to 11 Am for an intermediate class and from 11:30 Am to 1:00Pm for a beginner class.
